Nursery Castles

We are learning about castles in F1 and who lives in a castle. The children have had a tea party role play, gems in green playdough, a role play castle with lots of dressing up, a pamper station, and a small world castle and characters. The children have been mark making patterns on swords and getting creative with sticking a range of different materials on shields. The best part was seeing all of the children make a castle out of recycled materials and bring it in as part of their home learning project for a show and tell.
